Student Internship Opportunities

Program Objectives

• Identify high quality candidates who perform well in the VIATRON environment.
• Increase awareness of VIATRON as a possible future employer to college students.
• Provide an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to a real-world environment.

• Enrolled in an accredited college program working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.)
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Completed first year of undergraduate studies or first year of graduate school.
• Professional attitude and a desire to excel.
• Able to meet the requirements established by the department manager and participate as a member of a team. Other requirements will vary by department.

Internships generally begin in May and end in August; however, other internship time frames are available. Students can apply on a year-round basis. Internships do not constitute an offer of employment. Interns will be assigned to a supervisor who will establish goals and objectives intended to challenge students through the course of their internship. The supervisor will also manage interns' progress throughout the term. Interns are responsible for assuring that all prerequisites and guidelines set by their university are followed and must adhere to all policies outlined by VIATRON.
